This was Woodard Holland and Rhoda's home in Wayne County, North Carolina that they sold to the Waddell family when they moved to Georgia sometime before 1900. It is the Waddell family that is in the picture, not the Woodard D. Holland family.

This picture of the same home was taken in December 2001 by Daren Niven. It has remained in the Waddell family since they purchased it from Woodard D. Holland in the late 1800's.
