JAMES HOLLAND of Duplin and Lenoir Counties, North Carolina, married to Zilphia Boyette served in the American Revolutionary War. He is NOT the same James Holland this web site is built around. More than a hundred Hollands are documented on ship's passenger lists as coming to this country prior to the American Revolutionary War. They quickly multiplied and there were many James Hollands.
